RESUME OF MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE A prayer was given by Mr. Graham. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was given. Mr. Moser announced that the Miami Indian lawsuit had been thrown out by the judge in Benton and he had been assured by Chicago Title Company that we will not have to put up with any more exclusions for Indian claims. Mr. Betz offered the motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Langenheim. The Meeting was adjourned at 9:05 P.M. The next County Board Meeting will be held July 17, 2001, at 7:00 P.M. |
